La sous location est-elle légale ? OUI mais sous certaines conditions.
Conformément à l?article 8 de la loi du 6 juillet 1989, le locataire ne peut ni céder le contrat de location, ni sous-louer le logement, à moins d?obtenir l?accord écrit du bailleur.
Le prix du loyer doit être précisé par écrit dans l?accord et ne peut pas excéder celui payé par le locataire principal. Le contrat de sous-location sera régi par le droit commun, à l?inverse du contrat principal.
La sous-location est légale si elle est autorisée dans le contrat de location. Donc à voir avec les propriétaires.
Tu dois réaliser un contrat de sous-location avec tes sous-locataires
Tu peux sous-louer, dans ce cas tu peut refacturer une partie de la sous-location (le loyer + électricité + téléphone + internet ... ) et établir des quittances de loyer.
